FORUMS & EVENTS

Forums

SFHP sponsors an annual forum known as the Stronger Bridges to Health Forum. The Stronger Bridges to Health Forum serves as an informational conference and resource fair for community advocates who connect the uninsured to health coverage.  Attendees have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers and network with one another and participate in workshops aimed at improving their understanding of public health programs and other topics.

Note: In lieu of a 2013 Stronger Bridges to Health Forum, SFHP has agreed to lead the planning process for the 2013 California Partnership of Healthcare Advocates (CPHA) Conference with support from Covering Kids & Families (CKF) Coalition partners and Community Health Councils (CHC).  Please check back for more information on this upcoming conference.

Who should attend a Stronger Bridges to Health Forum?
Forums are geared towards community workers, Application Assistors, and similar health service providers. These forums are not targeted towards health plan members or consumers.

How can I continue to get updates on upcoming forums?
You can "like" us on Facebook at
www.facebook.com/SFGGHI to get the latest updates on the forum and other GGHI Network activities.  You can also come back to this webpage to get updates.
