San Francisco Health Plan offers training and workshops designed to support Application Assistors and community based organization staff in understanding:

  • The role of an Application Assistor
  • Assessment of family units
  • Pre-screening for Healthy Kids
  • Eligibility rules for Healthy Kids
  • Completing an application for Healthy Kids 

 

SFHP also provides certification training for the Healthy Kids program.  Individuals seeking Application Assistor certification for Healthy Kids should contact us for more information.


NOTE: SFHP does not certify assistors for Medi-Cal for Children & Pregnant Women and Healthy Families program.
