There have been important Healthy Families program changes beginning January 1, 2013. If your child has been transitioned into the Medi-Cal Program, click on the Medi-Cal link above to learn about the program and the medical services and support you have access to. If your child is in the Healthy Families Program continue to access the section of our website for program information. If you have questions about your child’s transition into the Medi-Cal Program, please call the Healthy Families Program at (866) 848-9166, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, or Saturday, 8am to 5pm. The call is free.
The Healthy Families Program is a State-sponsored health insurance program administered to you through San Francisco Health Plan.
As a Healthy Families Program member, you have access to the following medical services:

- OB/GYN Services and Pregnancy Care
