Healthy Workers is a health insurance program administered by San Francisco Health Plan.
As a Healthy Workers member, you have access to medical services through Community Healthy Network. Medical services include:
- Doctor Visits
- Vision Care
- Hospital & Emergency Room Care
- Mental Health Services
- and more!
If you have any questions about your Healthy Workers member benefits, email San Francisco Health Plan Customer Service, or call us at (800) 288-5555, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) employees.
If you have questions about your Healthy Workers eligibility and are an IHSS Public Authority employee, call the IHSS Public Authority at (415) 243-4477.
IHSS Consortium employees should call (415) 255-2079 or (800) 283-7000.
Temporary, exempt as-needed employees of the City and County of San Francisco: If you have questions about your Healthy Workers eligibility, call the Department of Human Resources
